Bezilleus provides professional services and products as listed on our website. All services are subject to availability, applicable fees, and client requirements discussed at the time of engagement.

2. Quotes and Payments

All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before services commence. Full payment is due as per the invoice terms. Late payments may result in service delays.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Any non-refundable deposits or material costs already incurred at the time of cancellation will be charged to the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to relevant sites (where applicable), and timely communication during the service process. Delays caused by lack of access or information may affect project timelines.

5. Product Use and Safety

Products supplied by Bezilleus must be used as intended and installed or handled according to provided guidelines. Bezilleus is not liable for misuse or failure to follow safety protocols after delivery or installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bezilleus takes every reasonable step to deliver services and products to a high standard. However, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from delays, interruptions, or third-party actions outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, service descriptions, and images are the property of Bezilleus and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

8. Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with our POPIA-compliant Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Changes to These Terms
